Our Platform is designed to facilitate hotel bookings and connecting hotels (“Authorized Stay Providers”) with individuals seeking hotel accommodations (“user” or “users” or “you” or “your”). Through our Platform, we offer a convenient and secure environment for users to access and book hotel options, making travel and stay experiences more accessible and enjoyable.

We understand the critical importance of safeguarding your personal information including sensitive personal information (“Personal Data”) and ensuring secure transactions in today's digital landscape. WHAT WE COLLECT AND FROM WHOM

The Platform and its content are intended for a general audience and are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. If you are under 18 years of age and intend to use the Platform for booking the hotels offered by our Authorized Stay Providers, we kindly request that you seek the assistance of your parent or legal guardian to complete the required registration process and finalize any transactions. It is imperative that any usage of our Platform or its features by individuals under the age of 18 years be conducted under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18 years. In the event that we become aware of the collection of Personal Data from an individual below the age of 18 years, we will promptly take measures to delete such Personal Data within a reasonable timeframe. Should a parent or guardian become aware that their child has provided Personal Data on the Platform without their consent, they are encouraged to contact our designated Consent Manager for the removal of such Personal Data. When you access, visit, or use our Platform for hotel bookings 

We may collect a range of information including Personal Data to enhance the experience and facilitate our services. This includes personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, age, residential and communication addresses (including pin code), mobile number, email address, profile picture, proof of identity or address, biometric information (e.g., facial features or physiological data), marital status, and medical or health information if provided. Additionally, Personal Data concerning other individuals you may provide during the booking process may be collected. To enhance your account profile and personalize your experience, we may gather information that may not be categorized as Personal Data during registration and administration. Payment information is collected for transaction processing. If individuals opt to provide information through Third Party Accounts, we may collect login information and any other authorized data to enhance the user experience. In certain instances, when individuals and those associated with their bookings access premises of our Authorized Stay Providers, you may be monitored by CCTV. Similarly, when using Wi-Fi at properties of our Authorized Stay Providers, login and usage details may be collected. Technical data and related information, including IP addresses, SIM card-related data, geographic locations, manufacturer and model of mobile devices, unique device identifiers, browser types, browsing history, voice data, version settings, time zones, log information, device metrics (such as usage and connectivity data), errors or event logs, cookies, web beacons, and content usage tracking are also collected. Furthermore, we gather booking and content usage history, transaction information, details related to the stay experience, complaints or incident reports, call records with our customer care support, and personal correspondence (such as emails or letters sent by users). The information including Personal Data collected serves various essential purposes including but not limited to that it enables us to effectively manage user accounts, provide a personalized experience for our users, ensure secure payment processing, supports compliance, enhances technical optimization, and contributes to service enhancement and efficient communication.

When you access, visit, or use our Platform to list your establishment on our Platform

We may collect a range of pertinent information including Personal Data to effectively authorize you as a Stay Provider. This includes essential details about the hotel, such as its name, address (including pin code), phone number, email address, the number of rooms available, room rates, current occupancy levels, photographs or videos of the hotel premises, and information regarding the amenities and facilities offered. Additionally, we may request the PAN and GST numbers and any other relevant information necessary for registration. In addition to hotel-specific details, we may collect Personal Data about the owner and/or authorized representative of the hotel. This may encompass personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, age, residential addresses (including pin code), mobile number, email address, profile picture, proof of identity or address, and biometric information (e.g., facial features or physiological data). To enhance the Platform's functionality and security, we also gather technical data and related information, including IP addresses, SIM card-related data, geographic locations, manufacturer and model of mobile devices, unique device identifiers, browser types, browsing history, voice data, version settings, time zones, log information, device metrics (such as usage and connectivity data), errors or event logs, cookies, web beacons, and content usage tracking. Furthermore, we may collect booking and content usage history, transaction information, details related to the stay experience, complaints or incident reports, call records with our customer support center, and personal correspondence (such as emails or letters sent by users). The information including Personal Data collected serves various essential purposes including but not limited to that it enables us to facilitate the listing process effectively, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the provided details. This information including Personal Data also aids in verifying the identity of the property owner or authorized representative, maintaining the security and integrity of the Platform. Additionally, the collected information including Personal Data supports the enhancement of the Platform's functionality and security measures, as well as the optimization of the user experience. Furthermore, it assists in transaction processing, stay-related record-keeping, addressing user concerns, and providing efficient customer support.
